If you will notice that all the "by" usuages are actually in the greek as "through". The difference is that "by" implies creator and "through" implies agent. These incorrectly translated by's are refering to the "new creation". We are in a new age now, Where the second Adam has been given all authority. Just like Adam was supposed to rule over everything. Notice how Adam named the creatures. Compare how Jesus renamed Peter, Paul etc. I could go on but to much confuses the responses
