I believe it mainly means your sins (especially secret ones) will be exposed. they will find you even if you pretend you don't have them so-to-speak.

Hi Hitomi,
I have recently put the following information on another forum.
I believe that the book of James is a good place to start with an answer to this thought provoking question.
James 1;13-16, "13 Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am being tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted by evil, and He Himself does not tempt anyone. 14 But each one is tempted when he is carried away AND ENTICED BY HIS OWN LUST. 15 Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and when sin is accomplished, it brings forth death. 16 Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren."
"Our own lust," can be any number of things that can cause us to sin willfully. These are our own individual weaknesses of the fallen flesh, that we must at all times keep in check if we are going to serve God with a clean conscience.
These are also things that satan knows about us, by his observation of our actions & attitudes. Satan has a bagfull of goodies that can take us away from pure worship, & he knows which one to use on each one of us.
This is why ALL true christians need to put on the complete suit of armor as recorded for us at Eph.6;10-18. If we don't, you can be certain that satan will find a weakness that we have not covered by this Godly life-saving armor.
